Answers to the most common questions about the Scalou app, membership, discounts and payments.

### How can I use a discount?

Select a business or specific discount, click 'Use discount' in the business details to generate a unique code. Each business has a limited number of discounts available per month.

### How do I check when my membership expires?

All membership details are found in the app under 'Your Scalou' section.

### Can I use discounts in other cities?

Some discounts are available where the partner operates; others are location-specific. Check each discount's details for restrictions.

### How many discounts unlock with membership?

At least 30 discounts available in each city where the service operates.

### How long does membership last?

Membership is valid for 30 days from purchase; the first month is free.

### Do you have a student discount?

Yes—students receive 50% off (49 CZK). Valid student ID (ISIC) required.

### How do I use a discount?

Show the generated promo/QR/bar code at the business location or use the promo code for online purchases.

### How can I pay for membership?

Credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

### What happens after membership expires?

You can view trends and available discounts but cannot use them.
